Arcis produces preparation kits that include reagents which allow you to investigate downstream nucleic acids without the need of any additional processing like isolation or purification. The reagents are suitable for direct use in PCR, qPCR and RT-qPCR. All three Arcis kits have their own specific use depending on the type of sample you want to investigate. The general protocol only contains 2 steps which allow you to go from sample to amplifiable DNA or RNA in less then 3 minutes.

Arcis Sample Prep Kit 50rxn (UFL002) is a ready to use kit comprising two reagent tubes that enable the flexible processing of all kinds of samples and sample volumes including whole blood, saliva, bacteria, plant- and animal cells. Take a look at the manual to see if your samples are suitable for the samples you are processing.

Arcis Blood Kit 50rxn (IVD) (UFL005) is a ready to use kit for the extraction of nucleic acids from blood samples prior to a flexible range of downstream assays. The product is inteded to be used by trained users proficient in molecular biological techniques. It is also intended for in vitro diagnostic use. To see if your samples are suitable for the kit, take a look at the manual.

Arcis Pathogen Kit 50rxn (IVD) (UFL004) is a ready to use kit that enables the extraction of nucleic acids from a variety of biological samples such as grown bacteria on common microbiological growth substrates. The product is intended to be used by trained users proficient in molecular biological techniques. It is inteded for in vitro diagnostic use. We can also provide the kit for research (Non-IVD) only to release DNA/RNA from pathogens in biological samples like blood, swabs and saliva. To see if your samples are suitable for the kit, take a look at the manual.
