The SENTiNAT® X 48 is the Sentinel’s automated platform for nucleic acid extraction and purification and PCR setup. The instrument is capable to extract up to 24+24 samples per run, and automatically set up the PCR reaction in different consumable format (PCR plate, 8 tube strips, single tube). The system is able to analyze the sample directly from the primary tube, and is able to works with different samples matrixes. The system allows the full traceability of the sample results.
The instrument is validated for several types of primary sample like blood, serum, plasma, sputum, feces, and many more. It has a magnetic head for beads extractions. The different consumables for the SENTiNAT X 48 can you find here.
