The STAT-NAT ® COVID-19 MULTI is a lyophilized multiplex RT-PCR Real-time PCR qualitative assays based on nucleic acid amplification for the identification of a novel CoronavirusSARS-CoV-2 RNA in human respiratory tract specimens. The assay is an aid in the diagnosis of the SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19). The kit is based on Real-Time RT-PCR testing and STAT-NAT (STabilized Amplification Technology -Nucleic Acid) technology. STAT-NAT ® COVID-19 MULTI is a divice with one optimized freeze-dried reaction mixtures. All targets are analyzed in one reaction: FAM channel for SARS-CoV-2 target and HEX channel for the international control.
