COVID-19 Multi

The STAT-NAT ® COVID-19 MULTI is a lyophilized multiplex RT-PCR Real-time PCR qualitative assays based on nucleic acid amplification for the identification of a novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 RNA in human respiratory tract specimens. The assay is an aid in the diagnosis of the SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19).

Adenovirus

STAT-NAT® Adenovirus kit is a real-time PCR assay for the rapid detection and quantification of Adenovirus (HAdV). Its single tube test allows to perform an assay without intermediate manual steps, minimising the risks due to pipetting errors and contamination. 

Polyomavrius (BKV)

STAT-NAT® BKV kit proved its effectiveness for the detection
and quantification of BKV DNA in urine, plasma, and whole blood samples. The high-sensitivity and specificity, linearity and quantitation performances of STAT-NAT® BKV kit, associated with the ready-to-use and room temperature storage, are key features for the early and correct management of the affected patients

Epstein Barr Virus

Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) is one of the most common viruses in humans. STAT-NAT® EBV kit is a real-time PCR assay for the rapid detection and quantification of EBV. The high-sensitivity and specificity, linearity, and quantitation performances of STAT-NAT® EBV kit, associated with the ready-to-use and room temperature storage, are key features for the early and correct management of the affected patients

Herpes Virus-6

Human Herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) is a member of the Betaherpesvirinae subfamily of human herpes viruses. STAT-NAT® HHV-6 kit is a real-time PCR assay for the rapid detection and quantification of HHV-6. Its single tube test allows performing an assay without intermediate manual steps, minimising the risks due to pipetting errors and contamination

STAT-NAT® HSV-1 kit is a lyophilized mix for quantitative detection of HSV-1 (Herpes Simplex Virus type 1) in real-time PCR. Cytomegalovirus (CMV)

The STAT-NAT® CMV kit is a quantitative assay based on nucleic acid amplification in Real-Time PCR for the identification and quantification of Cytomegalovirus (CMV)1,2 DNA in samples extracted from human whole
blood and urine. The test is intended to be used in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings in the diagnosis and monitoring of CMV infection in patients at risk for CMV disease.

Vacomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE)

STAT-NAT® VRE kit represents a rapid and sensitive system for vanA and vanB resistance genes detection. STAT-NAT® VRE kit proved its effectiveness for the detection of vanA and vanB genes in VRE clinical samples. Its high-sensitivityand specificity, associated with the ready-to-use feature and room temperature storage, can easily improve the early and correct management of VRE-affected patients.

Leishmania spp.

Real-Time PCR kit for a specific and easy Leishmaniasis diagnosis. Leishmania parasitosis is endemic in many countries and re-emerging in the Mediterranean area. A quick and accurate diagnosis allows early treatment of disease and may reduce the duration of the infection and prevent possible complications.

Malaria Screening and Typing

STAT-NAT® Malaria screening and typing for an accurate, fast and simple molecular diagnosis of malaria infection. Qualitative test that allows to identify the presence of one of the 4 Plasmodia, Plasmodium spp. (P. spp), that infect humans, in DNA extracted from whole blood samples.
