This highly sensitive and reliable kit is designed for the detection of Measles virus RNA using a real-time one-step RT-qPCR assay. It targets the MeV N gene and uses fluorescent hydrolysis probes for clear, accurate results. Built-in internal controls and a ready-to-use master mix with hot-start technology ensure optimal performance and ease of use.

Our kit is compatible with major qPCR platforms, including Bio-Rad, QuantStudio, and Roche systems. It works with nasopharyngeal or throat swabs (preferred), as well as blood and urine samples. For best results, samples should be stored at -20°C or -80°C, and transported under refrigerated conditions.
