The kit has an easy-to-use concept with a single tube ready-to-use master mix containing all components for PCR amplification, and it contains Uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG) and dUTPs to prevent carryover contamination. It is compatible with a wide range of real-time PCR devices and is a CE1023IVD certified diagnostic test.
