Components of the SARS CoV 2 RNaseP Kit

The kit contians the necessary reagents to perform 96 reactions. The reagents included in the kit are the following:

  • SARS-CoV-2 Plus Master Mix: Contains the oligonucleotides, water and hydrolysis probes to
    carry out the amplification of the gene ORF1ab (FAM), gene S (VIC), gene E (Cy5) and the
    human endogenous control, RNaseP (TexasRed).
  • RTase: Reverse transcriptase enzyme to convert RNA to cDNA.
  • RT-PCR Master Mix: PCR Master Mix with nucleotides, MgCl2, real-time PCR enzyme and
    buffers necessary to carry out the real-time PCR.
  • Positive Control: Contains a synthetic DNA with the target sequences for amplification of S,
    ORF1ab, E and the RNaseP endogenous control.
